work woes
I’ve come to realised that most heads (the irony) know NOTHING about the workings of their subordinates/workers. This results in a continuous cycle which the staff are trapped in, in re-explaining basic concepts/practices to their management - which could have been avoided with the degradation of thick-headed assumptions. Unnessecary problems brought about from the sum of two negatives - a lack of knowledge and a lack of communication results in a waste of TIME.
